Spaces gain notes that people write together in real time, with offline drafts, version history, mentions, templates and simple databases. Home gains weather, news, quick note and habit widgets and can pick a dashboard by time and device. Recurring totals everything in one currency, reads bank statements and splits shared costs.

The installed app can receive links and files from your phone's share menu, any dashboard can run as a wall display, three new widgets join Home, tasks can be typed in plain language, and Tidy can send a weekly summary.

Strata grows from an account into a workspace: shared spaces with invitations, files, search, tasks, recurring subscriptions, a customisable Home dashboard, an agenda with events and RSVPs, and Tidy for clearing out clutter. It can also be installed as an app.

The first release of Strata sets up its foundation: secure accounts with two-step sign-in, the settings pages, and the shared Graphite look on desktop and phone, live at its own subdomain.

Graphite Tracker goes live in production, deployed automatically to Coolify from main. Account email arrives for real, and readers get daily or weekly digests of new episodes, chapters and releases for the titles they follow.

Clicks act immediately now that the double-click launch is gone, the context menu's Open media app entry starts a configured app when nothing is playing, and media-session calls can no longer deadlock the taskbar.

Scrolling text uses the player's full width again when the visualizer sits on the left.

Readers can bring their Mihon and AniYomi libraries across, rate and review what they finish, and share a public profile, while connectors and the redesigned poster-card interface are hardened for real traffic.

The launcher is renamed StackSwitch and gets a full correctness pass: sequences follow the panel order, the panel and button behave on every taskbar, terminal items target their own window, and the dark panel moves to the Project Graphite colours.

A full audit fixes fullscreen hiding, the mini player, session handling, click timing, the visualizer and seeking, and drops the Mica backgrounds that looked the same as a solid colour.

An audit pass closed gaps that could put private or flagged messages on the public wall, made the wall resilient to failed requests, and moved the site and admin onto the shared Graphite theme.

The repository becomes a collection with one folder per mod in the official windhawk-mods layout, an MIT license, metadata checks on every change and automatic Project Graphite registration.

Games get their own tracking page with RAWG as an alternative source, the home page fills with recent titles, and a large round of fixes makes catalogue data, sessions and the library behave reliably.

The first version of TaskTune in this repository embeds media details and playback controls in the Windows 11 taskbar, with per-app volume, audio-only app support and an optional spectrum visualizer.

Message Lab went live at message-lab.project-graphite.com, deployed by Coolify from a production Compose stack that redeploys automatically after each successful push to main. Messages are now private by default and reach the public wall only after an administrator publishes them.

The first version of the lab: visitors post a short message, Django stores it in PostgreSQL, and a Celery worker processes it in the background while the page polls for the result. It ships with a local Docker Compose setup and container images published to GitHub Container Registry.

Items sharing a group name now gather under one heading, and the panel order, which decides what starts first, can be rearranged directly.

Terminal items now keep their full command, honour their window state and can be waited on.

The first version, released as Tech Stack Launcher, adds a taskbar button whose panel starts a configurable working set of apps, folders, editors, URLs and terminal commands in order and closes the same selection again in reverse order.
